I have been there before.  I know the pressures you are under as a business owner or manager in the hospitality industry.  My extensive knowledge in all aspects of the hospitality business makes me a good fit as manager of your operation.  

I will be happy to fill in wherever needed both FOH and BOH.  I bring enthusiasm to FOH operations and creativity, organization and professionalism to BOH operations.


If you are not looking for a full time manager, my temporary management services are available to businesses who either are short managers, need a vacation covered, are working 7 days a week and need a break or just need an extra hand now and then.
